This reduced-salt vegetable bouillon powder is brilliant as a stock and for adding flavour to sauces and savoury dishes. Produced by Marigold.

How to use

• As a stock: Use 4 teaspoons per litre, although you can use less.
• For seasoning: Sprinkle on lightly to enhance the flavour of savoury dishes.
• For a hot drink: Add 1 teaspoon per cup of boiled water. A delightful beverage with only 12 calories per cup.
