Delivery Options & Rates
We ship all online orders via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked, which typically delivers within 3–5 working days.

- Orders 1kg–2kg — £4.95
- Orders over 2kg — £7.95
- Free shipping on orders over £45
Shipping Method We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked, which we've chosen as our preferred carrier for being one of the most environmentally friendly postal service in the UK — in line with our values at Shop Zero.
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey to you. You can track your parcel at royalmail.com.
Plastic-Free Packaging Every Shop Zero order is packed without plastic. We use paper bags or certified home compostable packaging, so everything that arrives with your order can either be recycled or composted at home — no landfill guilt here!
You may also notice that some of our outer packaging has had a previous life. We reuse boxes and packaging materials wherever we can rather than buying new — so if your parcel looks a little loved, that's intentional. What's inside will be perfectly protected, and one more box has been kept out of the recycling bin.
Order Processing As a small independent shop, we hand-pack every order with care. Please allow 1–2 working days for your order to be packed and dispatched before the delivery window begins.
Undeliverable Packages If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us as soon as possible at sarah@shopzero.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll do our best to resolve it quickly.
