How to use The Humble Co. Bamboo Interdental Brushes

Use daily by inserting the brush between the teeth and moving it back and forth.

Do not force the brush into the space. Store in a dry place between usage.

Use a pair of pliers to remove the bristles from the head of the toothbrush. Dispose of the bristles with general household waste - they're too small for curbside recycling. The bamboo handle can go with food/garden waste where home composting is accepted in your municipality; otherwise dispose with general waste.
