A store favourite and a true French classic. Puy lentils are small, blue-green lentils grown in the Le Puy region of France — sometimes called green speckled lentils. They hold their shape beautifully when cooked, making them ideal for warm salads, side dishes, and hearty stews. No pre-soaking needed, though a few hours in water will speed up cooking time.

Sold loose by weight — bring your own container or use one of ours in store. And of course we will package plastic-free if you order online.
