To prepare your Loose Leaf Peppermint Tea

• Per 250ml Cup: 1 heaped teaspoon (approx. 1.5g)
• Water: boiling water. Pour over leaves.
• Brewing Time: 6 – 8 minutes; we prefer 8 minutes for full flavour.
• Milk & Sugar: No milk is recommended. You can Add sugar, honey, or lemon to taste.
