Magnesium Ointment by For the Love of Earth

A popular creation from Karen at For the Love of Earth, this ointment combines magnesium chloride with shea butter, coconut oil, olive oil and lavender and black pepper essential oils.

Choose a 190ml jar or a 30ml tin. We also offer refills into your own containers, available in-store only.

Application

Karen’s application guidance is to massage 1/4 of a teaspoon into the sole of each foot before bed. You may wish to wear socks afterwards, as excess ointment can rub off.

Important safety information

If you are on any medication check with your health care provider before using this product. Do not use if you have severe kidney function disorders or Myasthenia gravis.

The existing product guidance restricts use in pregnancy to after week 12 and use in children to those over the age of 2. Confirm suitability with your healthcare professional before use during pregnancy or on children, and follow the maker’s current label instructions.
