Uses of Magnesium Ointment

According to NHS guidance, men aged 19-64 should have 300mg of magnesium per day, while women aged 19-64 should have 270mg per day.

Apparently, approximately 300 enzymatic reactions in the body. And that, applying a 1/4 teaspoon of Magnesium ointment to each foot may provide 280mg of Magnesium.into the body.

Some of the most common symptoms that are claimed to be helped by treating with Magnesium Ointment are:

Shea butter (Butryospermum Parkii butter), Coconut oil (Cocos Nucifera oil), Olive oil (Olea Europaea Fruit oil), Olive wax, Magnesium Chloride, Water (Aqua) Geogard, Lavender EO (Lavandula Angustifolia), Black pepper (Piper Nigrum Fruit oil) 

Naturally occurring allergens - limonene, linalool, Geraniol, Gluconolactane, Sodium Benzoate, Calcium Gluconate

How to Apply Magnesium Ointment

To use, Karen recommends that you rub 1/4 of a teaspoon of the For the Love of Earth Magnesium Ointment into the sole of each foot before going to bed. That is a regular dose that is required ease symptoms. You may wish to wear socks after application as any excess ointment can rub off. Massaging the ointment into your feet will be relaxing before sleep.

If you are already taking a magnesium supplement we recommend pausing for a couple of weeks while you try the Magnesium ointment. We don't like waste, and there is no point using 2 products if only 1 would work for you. 

If your restless legs start before you go to bed you would need to apply earlier in the evening. 

In addition to the regular dose, if you feel a headache/migraine coming on, rub some onto your forehead and back of the neck, or rub directly into cramping muscles or sore joints.
