The haricot bean is small oval, white bean. They have a mild flavour and a smooth, buttery texture. Haricot beans are great and delicious as it absorbs other aromas and flavours easily, and are the classic ingredient in baked beans. \n \nThey are a vegan source of protein and grown organically.

Widely used in France, Spain, Portugal and South America.
