This Zoi regeneratively farmed, Extra-Virgin, cold-pressed olive oil is made from hand-picked olives grown in ancient groves on a family farm in the south of Greece.  Moreover, the oil has been awarded Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) registration. This is reserved for the top  1% of all extra virgin olive oil. Only oils of the highest quality can receive the award, and importantly it proves that Zoi make all of their olive oil themselves and don't buy in from elsewhere.

Why is this olive oil labelled as infused?

In the UK, it is illegal to sell Extra Virgin Olive Oil on tap. However, infused oils can only be sold this way. So the oil has been infused with a very small, indiscernible trace amount of Rosemary oil. This light infusion tastes just the same as a regular Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Zoi.
