Our bay leaves are harvested and carefully dried by our friends at Oak Tree Farm in Woodborough, north of Nottingham. Available per 100g, these locally sourced bay leaves are perfect for adding depth and aroma to a wide range of savoury dishes. There are no pesticides used at the fram.

Bay leaves come from the Laurel tree (Laurus nobilis) and are prized for their distinctive fragrance and flavour. Add them to soups, stews, casseroles, braises, stocks, and pâtés to enhance your cooking. Simply remove the leaves before serving, as they are not intended to be eaten.
