Couscous is a quick and easy addition to savoury meals. Made from steamed, dried and cracked durum wheat, it is a healthy option available loose for your own containers.

How to prepare

Fry in oil for 2–3 minutes, then boil using 2 cups of water to 1 cup of couscous until all the water is absorbed and the grain is fluffy.
