These British grown coriander seeds come to us via the amazing Hodmedods who bring together local growers so they get a good wage and market for their crops. These wonderful little seeds have a high oil content and superb citrus aroma. For maximum flavour gently toast the seeds in a dry pan before using whole, crushed or freshly ground. Grown at Cinder Hill in West Sussex.
