The set includes:

- Dried Pineapple Weed
- Dried Nettle leaves and seeds
- Dried Lemon Verbena
- Packaged in NatureFlex cellulose, home-compostable bags.
- 2 x organic cotton reusable tea bags

Directions;
Just pop your chosen leaves in a tea bag and infuse in boiling water for at least 5 minutes.
