This rice spaghetti is made in gluten free certified premises

Compared to corn pastas, rice based ones tend to hold up better and become less mushy

Some tips from the makers of the pasta:

1. Undercook the pasta (al dente), as the pasta will continue to absorb sauce

2. Keep the pasta separate from the sauce until serving

3. If using leftover pasta, keep the sauce separate and combine before eating
