A vegetable brush with two types of bristles for cleaning your veg
Why not a brush instead of peeling?
Gently clean vegetables and keep the peel which is the fibrous, healthy, vitamin-rich layer.
This brush with two types of bristles; the darker fibres are harder, natural, Union bristles. Use for harder skinned vegetables.
The other side is a lighter Tampico bristles which allow softer skinned vegetables to be gently cleaned.
You could also use as a household scrubbing brush.
