Here’s the opportunity to have a healthier period avoiding the chemicals present in conventional disposable pads. The pads will last for many years, thus preventing hundreds of single-use disposable products polluting our environment.

Available in 4 sizes and absorbencies. The fleece side is against your pants meaning the patterned side goes against your body.

The liners come in 2 sizes, 6″ and 8″ lengths. They are made with layers of 100% cotton flannel. As a result they are light to wear and a great accompaniment to a menstrual cup.

The regular pads are more absorbent because they contain as lower of Zorb. This adds  a very absorbent layer to the pads. They are available in 8″ and 10″ lengths.

When you’ve used them, rinse them out in cold water and they are ready to put into your washing machine or wash by hand. They will dry overnight.
