Chia Pudding

Makes the best health conscious sweet snack, breakfast or dessert that will make you feel energised and good. Chocolate lovers can try the chocolate chia pudding using cocoa powder..

  • 1 small mason jar or bowl


  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup nut milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: Fresh fruit, nuts & seeds


  • In a small mason jar or bowl, add your chia seeds, nut milk of choice, vanilla extract and honey.
  • Let it settle for 2-3 minutes. then mix again until you see no clumping and it's smooth.
  • Cover and store in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • When ready to serve, top with your favourite fruit like berries, kiwis or mango and enjoy cold!


Top tip: Switch up the fruit for different flavour combinations, e.g. for a tropical pudding, use mango and passionfruit. You can also enjoy the pudding layered with a tasty strawberry compote for some extra sweetness.
